Appliance Repair Service At A Fixed Rate
The Appliance Merchant provides a value for money appliance repair service at a fixed rate of $150 inc. GST for a basic service call out charge. This fee includes the initial inspection and repair (labour component only) if possible within a 30 minute timeframe. Any parts are charged in addition & you will be advised of the cost of this before any further repair takes place.
Additional time, should it be required is charged at $40 inc. GST for every 15 minutes of time taken to complete the repair. If we need to order parts & schedule another time to come back & complete the repair this is also charged at $40 inc. GST for every 15 minutes of time.
Whilst we stock a large number of parts in our van, it is not always possible to carry every item across the broad range of appliances & brands that we fix.
Air Conditioner Maintenance Service
The Appliance Merchant can provide a routine maintenance service on your ground floor, split system air conditioner for $200.00 inc. GST. This preventative action will help extend the life & efficiency of your air conditioner & detect potential failures before they occur. Most new air conditioners come with a 5 years parts & labour warranty, however if your unit fails due to lack of maintenance rather than a faulty part then it will not be covered by warranty.
Should any issues be found during the maintenance service of your Kelvinator, LG, Daiken, Fujitsu or Mitsubishi split system air conditioner then The Appliance Merchant will provide you with a quote to fix the problem.
Payment Terms are strictly C.O.D. and payment is required on the day through either Cash, Eftpos, Visa or MasterCard.
